The patient portal is a very important tool in maintaining the relationship between you (Our clients) and us (The medical providers and the office).
The portal provides a means by which our clients can directly access their care providers. This allows you to message the provider directly with any questions, comments or concerns you may have regarding your child. This is also an excellent avenue for keeping up with lab test results, requesting medication refills and asking for letters and other forms that you may need filled. All this correspondence is directly entered into our clients charts and allows any provider that has to care for your child see all communications that have occurred.
**EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS SHOULD NOT BE SENT VIA THE PORTAL
Once you are signed up to the portal, you may request appointments directly through the portal. If the requested time is available, the request will be approved, otherwise alternative times will be suggested.
